Caring Paws is proud to support Suncoast Animal League - a local no kill, no time limit 501c rescue agency helping both domestic animals and wildlife.

We are the proud sponsor of the "Running of the Wieners" during Suncoast’s annual Dogtoberfest event, held each November at Highlander Park in Dunedin.
Dr. Danielson also volunteers his time on multiple occasions throughout the year examining and treating rescued dogs and cats on behalf of the organization. He and his family have fostered many cats, dogs, puppies and kittens for Suncoast – as a matter of fact several of his personal pets are "foster failures."
You can learn more about Suncoast Animal League by visiting them on Facebook.

2024 Suncoast Animal League Puppy Bowl

The 2024 Suncoast Animal League Puppy Bowl is in the books with Team Wags pulling off a big win! Dr. Danielson was victorious in the dog beer chugging contest and some great pups went into forever homes - all in all, a fantastic day!

“Please take your furry family members here! In fifteen years with my baby this was the best vet we ever went to. Dr. Danielson is so kind and caring. I truly believe he was put on this earth to do this job. He was an answer to prayer for my family and my dog. I only found caring paws in my dog's last month when they got me in for an emergency visit same day. My only regret is not finding them sooner, I have nothing but good things to say about this office and their staff.”

“Can't say enough good things about Caring Paws. We have seen Dr Danielson in the past and he was thoughtful, kind, and helped resolve the issue quickly. Most recently, we saw Dr Turner for a more emergent operation. He was empathetic and heartfelt, he helped us explore our options, and he even came in late at night/early the next morning to check on her recovery and let us know her status. Not many vets give that personal service and we felt he really cared about our Clover. HIGHLY recommend!”
— Chelsey
